Ep 065: Financially free before age 30 with AirBnB | Zeona McIntyre
02:33 – Zeona shares one of her interesting stories from her Airbnb business. There was this weird guest at her friend’s Airbnb that thought she was moving in for good. She was difficult to get rid of and they even had to help move all of her boxes says Zeona.
04:42 – Zeona gives a little background of her progression in the Airbnb business. Zeona’s tagline is “2 years from college student to financially independent.” Airbnb helped her move along very fast she says.
07:41 – Zeona talks about why she wanted to be a part of Airbnb. Zeona has been doing Airbnb since 2012 during her college years and decided to do it full-time when she realized she was already living her dream.
11:43 – Zeona believed that she could make more money on Airbnb than as a massage therapist. She was surprised when her interest in designing a home eventually lined up with Airbnb.
14:36 – Zeona shares her mindset on doing business outside of what is directly in her reach. Zeona believes that as a real estate investor at a young age starting off in a million dollar property is really hard.
