03:20 – Some of the most impactful moments in investors’ life are their first deals because it brings confidence and brings a feeling that you are capable of doing deals.
08:03 – Zack learned that if he can work really hard, why not start his own business. He started his window cleaning business when he was 17 years old.

13:32 – Zack said that the more he taught the more he learned. The more he realizes the holes in his marketing strategy and his business in general, the more he learns.
