Ep 073: 17 year-old makes $100K+ in real estate | Zach Ginn
03:32 – Zach shares one of his most interesting real estate stories. Zach helped a guy who was about to go to jail in two weeks.
06:43 – Zach shares his background and his current status in real estate investing. In high-school Zach was inspired by his dad to read books and study real estate investing.
11:09 – After 2 weeks Zach got his first deal and made $25K from it. Before Zach graduated from college he made 6 figures from real estate investing he says.
12:48 – Zach explains how he got his first deal so quickly and how the numbers worked in that situation. In his market, Zach believes that every single buyer on Craigslist is wholesaling.
