02:57 – Lauren teaches all things virtual. She is obsessed with different investing techniques that you can do virtually. And airbnb has always been something to her that she was very interested in and it was very much something that can do virtually in a passive way.
07:50 – Airbnb works more often than it doesn’t. But there’s a few things that you should definitely look at when you’re talking about your area.
