Ep 254: How to 10x your passive income | Wealth Without Wall Street
Ep 124: Creating multiple passive income streams | Wealth without Wall Street
12:11 – The people who had true freedom were those who owned businesses and were doing personal investing through the things that they understood and controlled, Russ said.
12:43 – Our mission with Wealth Without Wall Street is to expose people to ideas that maybe they just haven’t heard of.
15:29 – Buying and selling small pieces of land is the most unique idea that they have ever seen.
20:52 – Partner with someone that knows what they’re doing and provide value.
22:59 – People have different gifts, and we need to apply those gifts correctly.
23:34 – We help people see that they need to partner with people. One of the best ways to do that is learn who you are and then find a partner.
26:20 – You have to be willing to network to find that person to partner with, and take it slow. Make sure that you know that person well-enough to where you can add value to them and vice versa.
27:02 – To mitigate the fear factor, Joey said that nobody is successful on their own. Investing in team sports, unless you want to keep it really small. So don’t be afraid to enter into these partnerships.
27:43 – For Russ, there are 4 things to overcome fear in partnership. There’s education, money, experience, and deal flow. You got to figure out what you can bring to the table.
28:16 – Money is cheap, Russ said. Not always the person with money is the best person. One of their mentors would say, joint ventures are when someone with experience partners with someone with money, and by the end of the deal, they switch places.
28:50 – Both parties need education. They should both know what is happening.
34:14 – You have to create a network. You have to get yourself involved.
35:53 – Joey said that if you start taking these actions, you will see results. Fear can be one those things that paralyzes you from taking actions.
36:56 – You have skills. You have something of value that you can take down that wall between you and your mentor, and make sure to take that first step and take action.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”3.26.6″][et_pb_signup mailchimp_list=”undefined|” layout=”top_bottom” name_field=”on” title=”Download Your Free Starter Guide” button_text=”Yes!
