06:46 – Ty believes that “Success leaves clues”.
10:40 – In the old school, it wasn’t a thing of doing wholesaling or flipping and such. I think for a lot of people today, you can do AirBnBs, you can do flipping, wholesaling, and you can become an agent. It is an opportunity to get cash coming in.
16:37 – If you are really active and you are engaged in playing the real estate game, you probably took a couple of bumps. So the biggest thing is to really stay in your lane. Embrace that and we should have a core focus.
21:19 – At 50 years old, be humble enough to realize that if you are able to get more help and hand people help you with your deals, you should absolutely take it.
21:50 – Find those communities and people that contribute, interact, and put out great content and share. And look for opportunities to squad up where you help people but also be humble enough to actually receive help and ask for help.
23:31 – If you are so blinded or so spread thin, partner with other people who can see things a little bit differently than you. And 50% of a deal is way better than 100% of no deal.
24:53 – Ty thinks that the greatest opportunity in 2021 and even the next couple of years is in a single family.
27:40 – There’s a lot of fear out there. The challenge is that it will stop you in your tracks. You literally have to be courageous enough to stand up for your dreams and pursue things that you want.
