04:25 – Sean talks about his weirdest story in his real estate career. They found two squatters in a residential home doing nasty things.
06:24 – Sean shares his real estate business history. Sean was always a good entrepreneur and loves selling.
08:06 – Sean was burnt out at his previous job at a local radio station. His dad offered him a job at his company and that was his entrance into the sales business. After a year, Sean ended up in the mortgage brokering business.
09:12 – Sean got out of the mortgage company and was hired at an insurance brokerage firm in Manhattan but eventually he got burnt out there too. Sean then went to a non-profit that helped victims of human trafficking.
11:10 – One day, Sean prayed for an opportunity and a week later his friend called him and introduced him to the real estate business.
13:21 – Sean believes in the power of prayer and the power of working hard. At the end of the 90 days at Baltimore he quit his job and started his own business.
16:51 – Sean’s first ever client at the new business bought 16 houses from him and it catapulted his business. Sean was encouraged to take some risk and that’s the secret to success he says.
