out of Ventura County, CA. He has been investing since 2010 and attributes much of his success to his education he receive from Fortune Builders (a company based out of San Diego, CA).
When Ryan is not making $276K on flips (yes, he literally made that on one flip), he is traveling for Fortune Builders to share his knowledge to hungry real estate students. He also spends a ton of time with his family and believes family is the most important thing in life.

1. Ryan talks about his weirdest real estate story was that he connected with a seller who also collects rocks. He never saw the property and made a profit

- Go into the meeting prepared. Do your research on the personally. Send them a credibility packet – something that describes you and your business

-The intent statement should sound like this: “Well ________, I am glad to have met with you today. I want you to know right off the bat that it’s okay if this is not a fit for you, and I’m not going to ask for any money today, but after we have spoken for about 30-45 minutes and all your questions have been answered, I’d like to ask for a simple yes or no to my proposal. Does that sound fair?”

—This question is so you and your prospect don’t waste each other’s time. If they are expecting 20% or more returns, this will probably not be a good fit for them.
