11:31 – My injuring memory with Richard Branson was an intensive wave of positivity. There was this “can do” attitude and there wasn’t manufactured. It really was this desire to do things tempered with intelligence, analysis, and hard work.

14:30 – Matthew came across the concept of being able to buy into the equity of a home that was owned by the owner occupier. And it was a structure that was still in the very early stages and it wasn’t perfect.
