Ep 223: Top Pricing Strategies for AirBnB in 2022
03:06 – The vase effect or the vase strategy, whatever you want to call it, it’s my first tip to you today. So, I’ve got basically four pricing strategies I want to talk about today. First one is our vase.
04:25 – This is what I call the vase effect. This is how you want to erase your things out of you, want to aim for higher rates further and advanced, they’re going to really fill up a lot of your calendars.
05:17 – The second one that we’re going to talk about is high demand. So, we have a high demand season and a high demand weekend.
06:08 – The third one, we’re going to do some longer turns with good discounts.
07:54 – The fourth one is going to be our additional fees.
09:43 – That’s our vase type of strategy. Then we’re getting high demand, high price, longer return discounts to fill that calendar and to still stay in the high price areas and that’s just an algorithm.
09:58 – And then lastly, the additional fields to fill in some of those.
