Ep 131: 7 reasons why you should niche down your business

 

 

 

02:24 – A lot of my failures in business is because I was trying to be everything to everyone. I spent so much time trying to figure out how to be everything to every client, that it took away from what I was really good at.

 

03:29 – From my experience, I’m gonna give you 7 reasons why I think niching down is gonna get you to where you want to go especially when it comes to investing.

 

04:40 – The number one reason why you should niche down is focus. Focus is not just focusing on one thing, it is also an acronym of Focus One Course Until Success which I got from John Lee Dumas who is an entrepreneur.

 

07:03 – I encourage you to pick one path and keep the blinders on. However, realise that when you keep these blinders on, it is important to understand and to comprehend other sources of income that you can create in real estate.

 

09:10 – The second reason is that you’re seen as the expert. People see you as the expert when you create a niche.

 

10:45 – The third reason is it’s starting to attract more leads and more business.

 

11:56 – Fourth reason is developing strength. One of my favourite things that was put in such a comprehensive way to me was by John Maxwell. He talks about working on your strengths rather than working on your weaknesses.

 

16:41 – Number 5 is clarity. it gives you 100% clarity on what your vision is.

 

19:21 – The sixth reason is your clients aren’t confused. If you have clarity, then you should scream that clarity to other people as well.

 

20:21 – The whole point of this is that when your clients understand what you do, then that’s going to lead to more businesses.

 

21:53 – The last thing is if we have more business, more leads, more clients… that’s more money. That is way more money and income for your business, and way more opportunities to be able to accelerate your business.
