Ep 114: Does more money equal more problems?
02:49 – Kyle started to see that his problems are not “more money more problems”, but “more money more challenges”. Kyle doesn’t want it to cause problems because a problem to him is an issue that you run across that is negative. It’s more money, new challenges, different problems.
06:52 – “If it is in your control, you can worry about it but if it is out of your control, it is not worth your energy”, Kyle said.
07:35 – We can’t expect staff on every turnover to go check everything in the house, sometimes we have to learn these things the hard way. We have to take a little bit of a financial hit.

25:01 – Kyle shares these stories not to overwhelm you but to make you realise that if you want an airbnb business and you love systems, you’re gonna love airbnb. If you aren’t good with systems and these types of things, you’re going to want to look at how you can outsource staff.
