08:22 – Real estate had a lot to do about networking. Building great relationships with people and finding people that were good at things that you don’t have skill or experience.
10:20 – Mitch said that you’re only one person away from somebody who has your next deal.
11:26 – You just have to trust that abundance mindset and just keep on sharing, knowing that eventually it’s going to create more opportunities than anything.
12:58 – What Mitch likes about airbnb is he can rent it and he can rent a place. He doesn’t have to pay the property taxes on it and he doesn’t have to pay also the property insurance.
14:09 – Mitch also likes the idea that he can learn the mile where he at and then he can look across the United States and find another market.
17:20 – The great thing about airbnb and airdna is you can go in and look at the stats and see how many is the average booking.

19:04 – When you are in a big city, you are competing against Wall Street companies. Mitch thinks that the small cities are the gold mine, and he thinks that most people should be.
