06:02 – Mitch considers everybody on his team a part of the dream team. Everybody from lenders, property management, brokers, wholesalers, and etc. What he is trying to do now is find great partnerships and figure out how they can work together and how they can add value.

 

06:53 – Mitch’s ultimate goal is to own or co-own 10,000 doors in the next 3 years. He has had this number in his head and part of it was income based but the other side of it was creating a system.

 

08:20 – Partner with people who want to earn passive income long term through real estate and grow wealthy together, Mitch said.

 

11:36 – It’s not the money that makes people happy but it sure makes problems go away faster. People want to go out and save the world and it’s a lot easier when you have the income to do it.

 

27:19 – Mitch said that the thing that probably makes a bigger return right now is Airbnb.

 

28:20 – Their passive income really increases when they buy mismanaged and deferred maintenance buildings with rents that are 50-100 percent less than what they could rent through housing authority.

 

29:41 – As soon as Covid19 started, they communicated with their residents and let them know where to go to fill out unemployment, how to fill it out, as well as city programs, state programs, federal programs, and then just kept open communication with them.

 

30:31 – Mitch says that they depend on their tenants to pay rent every month just like how the tenants depend on them to provide safe housing. They also did a promotion for their tenants which was if they can pay the rent before the 5th of the month, they would buy groceries for those tenants.
