059: Make money in your sleep with the MASS formula
02:44 – Kyle talks about MASS. MASS is a formula which means Master Automate Simply Scale.
04:05 – The first acronym is Master. Kyle says you want to eventually have a CEO position in your business and you always want to have a CEO mindset.
06:26 – Kyle believes that you should master and understand the whole idea of your business. Kyle mentions the “Undercover Boss Effect.” It’s a reality TV show that makes the boss have an eye-opening experience in their business working undercover as an employee.
08:21 – Kyle knows where his AirBnB and real estate business is going because he’s been in the trenches he says. Kyle knows what to look for so he doesn’t need to rely on other people to give him information.
09:20 – ‘A’ is for automate. Kyle says you are attempting to remove yourself from the business and your business will run without your presence just like Kyle does with his AirBnB’s.
09:40 – Kyle shares the different ways to automate your business. 1 is technology and 2 is people like employees or managers.
13:07 – Kyle talks about scaling. If you have created a system you also have to create a back-up system says Kyle.
15:17 – Kyle talks about VA’s or virtual assistants. You have to find a back-up just in case it’s late at night or your manager is sick. You need someone to answer the call or communicate with the guests.
