05:02 – Leo talks about his background and how he was led into real estate. After 10 years in military service, Leo started to have interest in real estate and flipping houses after watching TV shows about it.

31:04 – Leo believes that professional photography is important to get people to come to your open houses. Taking pictures using just a cellphone doesn’t give justice to your listings or clients says Leo.
35:40 – Leo says be careful about over spending your money especially on the kitchen and bathrooms. The comps and the market will tell you what kind of finishes to put in says Leo.
