03:50 – My suggestion is go to an airbnb host and tell them that you are willing to co-host with them and to be the guy that messages all their guests when there are issues if they just teach you exactly how to do that.
04:35 – If you can bring in value and come to someone that you know is a super host or has multiple properties.
04:56 – All you need is a phone and a sense of urgency and responsibility to be able to create a great customer service experience for these guests.
