Then he moves up quickly into a manager position until he reached the point of being burnt out. He wanted to do something different. He and his wife decided to try real estate investing.

21:59 – Jason struggled at first to share what he was doing with others until he finally gave social media a try. He now lets people know about his real estate investments. He’s building a network and surrounding himself with people who push each other to grow and reach their goals.
26:28 – Jason says to anybody that’s on the fence, don’t be afraid to bet on yourself. There is going to be hard times, especially at the beginning. But if you stick with it and work hard, the results will inevitably come. It’s not a question of “IF”, it’s just a question of “WHEN”.

02:17 – Jason says “consistency” is the one thing that has created predictability in his business. Doing the fundamental things consistently over a period of time helps his business grow.
03:25 – Flipping, wholesaling and buy-and-hold all starts with finding a good deal, there are things you need to do on the front end to make a consistent flow of leads.
04:49 – Jason gives tips about marketing; budget your marketing out over 12 months then pick a number that you feel good with and stick with that marketing budget for 12 months. Once you get a deal, you can use some of that money to reinvest back into your business and maybe expand on another marketing channel.
