Ep 220: 5 Steps to get your 1st AirBnB Arbitrage
0:01 – We’re talking today about the five steps to get your first arbitrage deal on Airbnb.
2:54 – Number one is it’s just a mindset, it takes you from I’m going to try this to hey, I’m really doing this thing. As soon as you register your LLC with the state, you’re definitely at that point where you’re like, Okay, I’m doing this, this is a business, let’s get this started. The easiest way to do this is just go to your Secretary of State website and start a new business.
3:22 – The second step is picking your market now you might have the luxury of living in a great place to do Airbnb, it might be right in your backyard, you might even have properties that you can go to that are on the same street as you and that’s a great way to get started in Airbnb arbitrage.
3:49 – The easiest way I can explain air DNA is it’s like the multiple listing service of Airbnb.
4:49 – So, what you’re going to do is you’re gonna go find that property online. Some sites that are really easy to find properties are in Hotpads, Zillow, Facebook marketplace if you’re really desperate Craigslist, but I would say stay off of that. These are all versions of cold marketing.
5:09 – Step number four is to set the appointment.
5:30 – he final step here is just go ahead and execute the appointment a lot easier said than done. This is an art, this is something that you really have to master and you have to know how to solve the problem for the landlord.
