09:40 – Because of the tragedy, it cost Noble to make a decision on what type of lifestyle he wanted to have. That played a major role in what he wanted to experience being on his own business.

 

11:18 – From the very beginning, they were introduced into the arbitrage model. Noble said that they actually weren’t aware of the other models that existed.

12:36 – Once we understood what the pain points were of those property management companies, or those landlords, owner operators, we were able to craft the benefit of our business model to meet the needs of their pain points.

 

17:43 – When we are looking at properties, we concentrate on a few different verticals. So when we are looking out properties, one of the spaces that we play in is health care.

 

19:24 – You want to frame the benefit you are bringing to them and language that they would be receptive to.

25:15 – If we are starting with the guest avatar or the guest profile, and we want to cater to that particular demographic, then it is important that you have intimate knowledge of how to attract this person and what their needs are.
