02:50 – Dustin talks about Get WealthFit, it’s a name of a podcast. WealthFit was basically created to really get people excited about things like real estate, stock investment, and all the different ways to create wealth.
03:33 – Dustin talks about his journey and how he was lead to Wealthfit. He founded and ran a business for 9 years called Speaking Empire. He was teaching people how to communicate on a stage, webinar, podcasts, and all kind of medias.
05:29 – Dustin found out about Wealthfit. Their mission is basically to empower entrepreneurs and investors to create wealth in their life. Dustin was interested and wanted to get behind Wealthfit.
07:33 – Dustin believes that the common thing amongst people that build wealth is education. People educate themselves enough to figure out who are the people to consult or to guide them.
10:10 – Dustin talks about the power he sees in real estate investing. In real estate you don’t have to actually own a property. You can turn it into a short term rental and you can actually double or triple the amount of rent in season says Dustin.
13:56 – Dustin talks about his long term rentals. David is looking for stuff that is passive, long term rentals that are turn keys he says.
16:53 – Dustin says you can participate in life insurance. Put your money in life insurance and it allows you to pull it out and you can put it into real estate or other businesses and you can do it tax free.
18:19 – In school they didn’t teach you how to be wealthy says Dustin. If you’re learning wealth creation in real estate from a person that doesn’t have a portfolio nor trying to do it on the side, it’s not a great scenario says Dustin.
