02:00 – The biggest thing that Kyle wants you to know is you just need to do it, you need to do the deal.
03:39 – Let’s talk about 3 things about airbnb and what you should be looking for. The number 1 thing that Kyle always tells everyone is, no matter what, you have to look at location first. Is that city you are looking at does have regulation?
04:28 – What are some regulations that you need to be looking at for? The first thing is if they have a minimum amount of day stay. Another one is if they have high occupancy taxes.
05:52 – Does it have a steady flow of business and family related reasons for why they want to come there? Not just attraction and vacation.
12:01 – If it is not safe, if it is near everything and if it looks perfect but if they’re gonna feel unsafe, just next it right away.
12:12 – The second thing is the condition of the home. Is it updated or remodelled?
19:51 – Storage. Is there a place to be able to put the excess amenities and cleaning supplies and etc?
21:38 – The last thing that Kyle wants to talk about is the Numbers. You have to know your numbers and you have to understand what your expenses are and what is your possible income as well.
