06:19 – Kyle talks about his experience sitting in a Fortune Builders event. It helped Kyle to see real estate in a whole new way.
09:16 – Kyle talks about the name of his show on YouTube called Fearless Flipping. The vision of the show is for people to go out there and see what could happen rather than being fearful of what may happen.
10:28 – Kyle believes that everything happens for a reason. Kyle shares a story about an experience that turned out to be a good deal.
14:33 – Kyle describes a house that is in a bad neighborhood. Kyle found these dogs chained up near the house that they were working on.
18:15 – They have a serious situation where these dogs are now victims of mistreatment and abuse. There is this dog that hates the other dog so Kyle and his team found someone to take good care of it, separating it from the other dog.
23:08 – The story reflects on the question, why are you in real estate? When Kyle got into real estate he wanted to help people and make a difference.
24:51 – Kyle finds himself very content for the first time in a very long time. By rescuing the dogs Kyle felt fulfilled and it made him realize that he should do more of these things that can make him feel fulfilled.
