Ep 047: How one relationship made me $50K+ in 2019 | Kyle Stanley
02:15 – Kyle believes that if he doesn’t like something he won’t pursue it, he will look for other ways. It will not feel genuine if he forces himself into something that he doesn’t like he says.
03:36 – Kyle wants to build a business that is going to allow him freedom. Freedom for Kyle is being able to make money while going somewhere else without being anxious about the business.
05:34 – Kyle explains how he can reverse engineer and prove that it all comes back to one relationship. It all started with the first deal that he made on Lyell Avenue.
09:23 – Kyle continues to talk about the second deal he made and the relationships he built. The second deal was on Dunn Avenue. There was two deals on Dunn Avenue, an empty lot and a house.
12:23 – Kyle believes that people are your biggest asset. Relationships are your biggest asset he says.
15:08 – People want to help because Kyle’s showing them that he’s serious and that cycle continues by adding value to each other.
15:51 – Kyle suggests that if you want to be good at meeting people force yourself to do something like a podcast just like he did. Force yourself to do something like a blog or interviewing someone for your blog Kyle adds.
17:17 – ‘You don’t have to be me, try to do what you do well’ Kyle says. Kyle talks about his knowledge on AirBnB and how it helps a lot of people.
20:26 – ‘Who are those people in your life that you have relationships with that may not be in the same line of work as you but might know someone that can help you get where you want to go?’ Kyle asks.
21:01 – Kyle gives some advice to the audience. Inner circle, asking, and social media are some of the ways you can network and find team mates.
