10:30 – The biggest point of acceleration for me is when I was able to step up my job and create some margin into my life to where I had additional capacity and didn’t let my spending soak up the rest of the margin.
12:05 – Keep your head on your shoulders and be smart about it and continue to go forward and try to grow as much as you can.
13:38 – At the end of the day you keep on building up that income, you keep building up your business. It’s gonna continue to produce dividends that you can either spend or re-invest.
14:13 – My primary real estate investment strategy is a lot of furnished housing.
16:58 – I believe that for the most part, real estate needs to be an active activity or you need to have someone that is actively engaged on your behalf working in your real estate business.
22:30 – I also work with folks that already have real estate that are looking to get to the next stage, to grow in further understanding their risk profiles and the things they need to be on the watch or to look out for.
