09:21 – As far as day-to-day goes, Stratton has someone who handles and manages their entire leadership team. They also have sales coaches, quote insurance people, and they are all VAs.
09:55 – In my real estate business, it frees up a lot of time with the leads managing and that gives me more time to work on my other business.
14:14 – All of our employees have 2 sales coaching coaches a day. We have cultural games, and for anyone who’s struggling for a certain word, we have language classes for them.
15:45 – There’s nothing more powerful than a virtual assistant that can actually help you focus on money making activities.
16:48 – Stratton is so big on value and providing value. That’s how they keep their client.
20:21 – For anyone who has a VA, as you start daily or weekly meetings, I always ask them what is one thing that happened to them Yesterday that was really good and something that they are grateful for.
20:30 – It gives them to open up about their life and what’s going on in their life. That way you can actually build a relationship with them and you can show them that you care more.
