Ep 108: How to get the big deals (and not get killed… literally)
03:39 – Kyle will share a couple of stories that are encouraging, entertaining and at the same time a constructive piece of advice that will help you to be able to do big deals. Kyle has 5 ways in which he believes you can eventually do big deals in real estate. He lists his 5 components.
15:49 – Time. You have to do things in order to get to your goal and that takes a little bit of patience.
16:40 – Dedication. Focus on one course until success.
18:09 – Consistent Message. Having a consistent message in your marketing will reach the right people and attract the right people, then eventually get you a lot of deals.
19:02 – What is your consistent message going to be? First of all you have to figure out what platform to use and figure out what is that message that makes you different.
20:22 – Problem Solver. If you can be a problem solver, you can get paid to be a problem solver and get paid very very well.
21:35 – Right Team. You have to have the right team available in order to make this thing a well-oiled machine.
22:02 – You can’t scale if you don’t have the right teammate. You can’t automate if you don’t have the right teammate.
22:40 – Your contractor is going to be the biggest deal on your team to make sure that these big deals stay big deals and you don’t lose all your profits.
