06:18 – Ashlee is learning business but she grew up in business because her parents own businesses. It was the language of business and entrepreneurship that she already knew.
07:34 – People like to push college on people and it’s like not the answer. The answer is self-development and working. This is the answer for Ashlee.
09:56 – Coming out of college without any debt and no degree is why Ashlee is so grateful.
13:12 – My business is very much so of team effort.
16:20 – We just have a couple of really good people and that’s all it takes. If you can like plug in and play, that’s all that you need.
17:57 – They really need to sit down and decide what their niche is gonna be and what that looks like. Stop thinking of it in terms of volume.
18:48 – They need to stop chasing the money, they need to make the money.
20:34 – Through building those relationships it made it really a lot easier to do more deals.
24:16 – If you want to be in wholesaling and you’re making these calls, you have to listen to these people. It is extremely important, it is the only thing that they care about.
