01:49 – Kyle talks about the advantage and disadvantage of Social Media nowadays. The idea of panicking and hoarding stuff in times like these mostly came from social media.
03:46 – Kyle has always been preparing for the worst and that’s what he does in every aspect of his life. Kyle started to really count his blessings instead of panicking.
04:15 – Kyle encourages his audience to write down and speak out loud the 5 things that you’re currently appreciative of and then write down and speak out loud the 5 things that you’re going to do in the next month.
05:58 – Kyle talks about the things he is most appreciative of. These are the times that Kyle is appreciating things from previous months he says.
