29:20 – It’s very common here to work with business partners like tour guides, you send in people and give them refferals says Allan. It’s a great experience for the guests, it cuts out the confusion on getting on public transport.
32:18 – Allan’s recommendation for your guests to have an amazing experience. One of his reccomendation is the birthday thing, it’s kind of personal for the guest, that goes a hundred times further that giving a bottle of wine.
