Ep 134: Don’t overspend at your AirBnBs!
01:30 – It is very important for people to think about when they are getting into the airbnb space because it is something that we can easily lose all of our profits if we start to overspend or spend on things that aren’t necessarily important.
03:53 – We have to figure out what we are doing based on the market research of where we live.
08:55 – The question I’m trying to answer is “If I put in more money, will I get a higher return?”.
11:32 – I would definitely suggest to not overspend on TV and cable. Also I would not over spend on some basic amenities like plates, glasses, silverware, sheets, comforters, and etc.
15:33 – I think if you just gonna do something basic, 1 to 2 pieces of wall art per room.
15:40 – Do not over spend on the living room because it’s gonna be the place where they spend the least amount of time.
17:01 – Don’t spend extra money on being super fancy.
19:57 – Because guests will spend most of their time in bedrooms, that is where I put the most amount of money.
20:31 – The next thing I would spend money on is a themed airbnb.
