03:10 – Kyle explains the meaning of rental arbitrage. Rental arbitrage is when you do not own the property but you lease it and use it for your AirBnB business.

 

04:55 – Kyle shares the 5 most common objections that you get in the process of rental arbitrage. The first one is ‘How am I going to be insured?’

 

05:02 – Kyle says don’t try to be an expert on insurance. Don’t try to answer their questions about insurance but lead them to the right person or a lawyer Kyle says.

 

06:36 – The second question is ‘How do I know who these tenants are?’ You have to know your tenants background and activities and they have to comply with your strict house rules on your property.

 

08:38 – The third question is ‘What if the place gets trashed?’ Luckily, Kyle has cleaners that come in every single time a guest checks out to inspect and clean the property. Landlords should be the last one to call or know about any issues.
