02:00 – Kyle talks about the allowance for delayed mortgage payments that President Trump is putting into place. Kyle read the article on www.msn.com about the delay in mortgage payments.
04:15 – Kyle talks about the letter AirBnB wrote to congress about the financial health of their hosts. Kyle believes that there are a lot of people that will have our backs in regards to weathering the storm.
05:51 – Kyle shares Allan’s message on weathering the Coronavirus storm. In Budapest, Hungary they saw the bookings slowing down and now Europe will be in full lockdown soon says Allan.
08:13 – Everybody figured out that nobody is going to rent anything on AirBnB says Allan. Allan believes that it’s a waste of effort to try to sue AirBnB.
11:20 – Don’t wait and take action now says Allan. Start looking for other options, get in contact with medical services and see if people are in need of self-isolation.
14:52 – Call the local hospitals to find out if they’re bringing in more nurses and doctors who will need a furnished short term rental says Kyle. Post on your social media to help people get into houses during these weird times.
16:39 – Message all of your guests that are still reserved or currently staying in your AirBnB says Kyle. Cancel the short term rentals and go for the long term rentals.
18:50 – Kyle talks about the last thing you should do in preparation for your AirBnB business during this time. If you’re arbitraging talk with your landlord, they will sympathize and understand your situation.
