Ep 055: 4 ways to streamline your AirBnB communication

 

 

 

03:13 – Kyle believes that he is being booked 96% of the time because he is in favor of AirBnB’s algorithm.

 

04:11 – Kyle’s first tip for saving time on communicating with your AirBnB guests is to use saved messages for responses. This is quicker and easier than copying and pasting a message when a guest or client asks a question.

 

06:09 – Kyle’s second tip is hiring a virtual assistant. Kyle says he prefers to use four virtual assistants in different time zones to make sure his guests can get responses 24 hours a day.

 

10:55 – Kyle’s third tip is to have a manager. A manager is someone that not only takes over communication but who will learn about the systems in use and eventually become your right hand man or woman.

 

11:34 – Kyle believes that as long as you are good at providing value to people then this should work for you too. Kyle started looking for his manager on Facebook, hired her as a cleaner, and now she is his manager.

 

13:46 – Kyle’s fourth tip is called SmartBnB. You can go to smartbnb.io. SmartBnB is an automated system that takes care of all of the major touch points that you have to have with all of your guests.

 

18:21 – Kyle says if you have two or more properties you need to start using systems like SmartBnB and all the other tips he gave. It’s worth it, just do it says Kyle.
