Ep 048: Make lots of money with AirBnB | Kyle Stanley
03:29 – Kyle tells the story of how AirBnB was introduced to him. His friend told him about AirBnB and he was making $7K in the first five months by renting out one of his rooms in his apartment.
05:30 – In the beginning, Kyle didn’t take action because he was fearful. One day Kyle ended up in an apartment where he tested it out and in the first 30 days he had the first three months booked.
06:17 – Seven months later Kyle has five listings that are making him over $6K cash every single month. It allows Kyle to find flips, deals, and more AirBnBs. It’s kind of the life he was dreaming of.
08:59 – Kyle shows his earnings through his AirBnB site starting in 2015. In 2019 Kyle’s AirBnB has been booming, $62K has been booked for 2019.
14:44 – Kyle shows his profits and losses in AirBnB investing. Kyle’s total AirBnB rent for November was $13,303.00 and his total net profit was $6,679.00.
