02:37 – Adam gives his advice on the first things everyone should be doing in real estate. Putting up bandit signs, calling people, and talking to realtors were the first moves his mentors taught him.
04:02 – Adam found a foreclosure list at www.propertyradar.com. He bought the list for just $10 to $20.
07:01 – Adam talks about his follow up system and what he did with so many other things to do. He was frazzled at that time and probably lost 1 or 2 deals he says.
08:04 – Today Adam has a CRM (customer relationship management) so he can really track all the details on a lead or a particular person or property.
10:10 – Adam mentions using a system called Cold Call Tools which helps him with calling and texting people. He can do multiple things at once and multitask because of the system that he uses.
13:12 – “If you don’t really get stressed out and you are able to keep your cool through those obstacles, its not that difficult,” says Adam. Adam has a strong faith in God and he believes God has an ultimate plan for him.
